We take great delight in crafting cakes and pastries often unique to our bakery ‘Just for You’. With the use of social media, we can let our customers know when special treats have come straight from the ovens.

Enzo and Buddy The Cake Boss

Enzo had a once in a lifetime opportunity to do a workshop with Buddy Valastro ( the cake boss) who runs a hugely successful bakery in Hoboken New jersey and has a show on cable network TLC which is seen in 180 countries.

Enzo had the opportunity to meet with Sebastien Canonne in melbourne and complete a course in french entrements a great honour to be taught by one of the worlds best pastry chefs.

The impressive career of Chef Canonne began with apprenticeships in both culinary and pastry where he was an apprentice for the legendary pastry chef Gaston Lenôtre, in Paris. After several years spent with Mr. Lenôtre, his path brought him to work at the following world-renowned establishments: The Côte Saint Jacques in Joigny, Burgundy, France; the Beau Rivage Palace in Geneva, Switzerland; the Hotel Euler in Basel, Switzerland; the Palais de L’Elysée for French President François Mitterrand in Paris, France; and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. These experiences lead Chef Canonne thereafter to teach and consult in numerous of the most prominent properties and companies worldwide, such as the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts companies, the Raffles Hotel in Singapore and the Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas. In 1995, Sébastien Canonne, along with Jacquy Pfeiffer, founded The French Pastry School where they and their whole team are devoted to imparting excellence. Today, The French Pastry School is considered one of the leading pastry institutions in the world. Sébastien Canonne is presently the Academic Dean for Faculty & Programs.

Chef Jean Marie Auboine has garnered a remarkable number of notable awards and achievements including Finalist Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier 2011, Finalist Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier 2007, “Best Chef of the Year” from Mexico’s Vatel Club in 2008, 5th Place in the 2005 World Chocolate Masters and he was named “Best Pastry Chef of the Year” by France's respected Champerard Guide in 2003. He has also been a member of the prestigious Academie Culinaire de France since 2004. His mastery of hef Auboine has garnered a remarkable number of notable awards and achievements including Finalist Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier 2011.
